Dr. Millstone has been practicing Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in the Northeast Florida community since 1982. He served as Chief of Pulmonary Medicine and Chief of Medicine for numerous terms at Orange Park Medical Center. Dr. Millstone was the first to offer Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) in Northeast Florida, providing a more precise determination of a patient’s lung cancer stage.
He received his BS degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburg and graduated with his Medical Doctor degree from Wayne State University. Dr. Millstone completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Yale Affiliate Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut and graduated from Detroit’s Henry Ford Hospital Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship program. Dr. Millstone achieved certification from the National Board of Medical Examiners, American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Pulmonary Medicine and American Board of Critical Care Medicine. He has been active in the medical community serving on hospital, health system, insurance and advocacy boards and committees.
