Dr. Maria Perez is the Medical Director at JFK Medical Center. She is Board Certified in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She had previously served as Staff Pathologist at JFK from August 2000 – March 2007, and more recently with Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida. Dr. Perez is a graduate of University De Valladolid, Valladolid, Spain and served her residency in Pathology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Florida. She also has served as Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from 2007 to 2009. She has numerous publications in the medical literature.
