Dr Castello is a world recognized physician in the area of echocardiography. He is currently the President of ICAEL , the sole commission that grants accreditation for echocardiography laboratories in the US. He is also a member of the National Board of Echocardiography and the Chair of the Fellows of the American Society of Echocardiography Committee. He is the author of over 200 scientific publication and a national and international lecturer, with over 100 scientific conferences.
