Dr. Quitkin is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon fellowship trained in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. Dr. Quitkin has been in the practice of hand and upper extremity surgery since 2000 and came to NH after several years at the MANUS Center for Orthopaedic Hand Surgery outside of Washington, D.C. Dr. Quitkin studied Biology at Princeton University and earned his Medical Degree at the Yale University School of Medicine. He completed both his internship in general surgery and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He was the Robert E. Carroll fellow in hand surgery at New York Orthopaedic Hospital/Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York where he studied under Dr. Melvin P. Rosenwasser and Dr. Robert J. Strauch.
